Our Owens Do-It-Yourself Dog Box Kit is a great way to have an Owens quality box without spending top dollar for full diamond plate construction. You provide the wood, 1-58" drywall screws, paint and silicon to complete this Owens DIY Dog Box Kit.

The full front of the box is constructed of heavy-duty diamond plate with Owens lockable slam latch doors, a standard on all Owens boxes. Owens recommends painting the box and applying silicon under all aluminum angles for increased water resistance and durability. This would be a great weekend project for the Do-It-Yourself-ers out there. 1-year Manufacturer Warranty.

Kit Contents:

1 - Front Panel Assembly (an aluminum diamond plate front (38"W) with rigid, welded, 2-door panel to keep your box square and secure.
2 - Side Air Vents (7" x 10" maximum flow)
6 - 47" Horizontal Angles (constructed of heavy-duty aluminum diamond plate)
2 - 25" Vertical Angles (constructed of heavy-duty aluminum diamond plate)
2 - Winter/Storm Door Vent Covers (#55226)
1 - Bolt Pack

Shipment:

Some Do-It-Yourself Series dog boxes are in stock and will ship within 1-2 days.
If not in stock, the box will be built-to-order at the manufacturer in Michigan and shipped from there.
Orders placed in March through August should allow up to 3 weeks build time before shipment.
Orders placed in September through February should allow up to 5 weeks build time before shipment.
Allow 2-5 days in transit after shipment.
Shipment is via UPS or FedEx Ground with Signature REQUIRED.
We will determine which shipping carrier to use based on shipping costs to your delivery location.
You will be notified of the carrier and tracking number upon shipment.

Payment/Changes/Cancellations/Returns:

Payment is captured at the point the dog box order goes into build status.
Orders for dog boxes are put into production build within 48 hours of receiving, therefore, changes or add-ons will not be allowed after 48 hours of original order receipt.
Orders for dog boxes can be canceled up until the dog box ships, however however Owens Products assesses a 25% restocking fee to do so which will be deducted from your refund.
Once shipped, dog boxes cannot be returned.

Receiving Dog Box Shipments:

When your shipment arrives, you must completely remove your dog box from any shipping cartons and packing materials and fully inspect it for any damage. If an unacceptable amount of damage is found, please do the following:

point out the damage to the delivery driver so he can note damages on the bill of lading
refuse the shipment

If you accept the shipment and sign for it, that means you are stating that the item was received in an acceptable condition and releases the carrier from any liability. This makes it almost impossible for us to go back to the carrier for reimbursement after the shipment has been accepted and received. It is YOUR responsibility to inspect your shipment and we cannot be held responsible if you sign for and receive a shipment that was damaged in transit.
